Dr Evan Bourke is a literary historian with a particular interest in the literature of early modern Ireland and digital humanities. He is currently an Irish Research Council GOI Postdoctoral Researcher, based in Maynooth University, where he is working on a monograph on decolonial networks of early modern Ireland. Previous to this he was the project manager of the MACMORRIS project, where he collaborated closely with the DIB to produce the network data on the MACMORRIS website. Evan has published in a range of journals including Literature Compass, The Seventeenth Century Journal, Irish Historical Studies, Renaissance Quarterly, and Huntington Library Quarterly on topics relating to network analysis, women’s history, and early modern Ireland
